Thinking of booking this hotel for a family holiday next year and just wondering if it is near enough to Disney Springs to walk there and also are there supermarkets and restaurants nearby?

Stayed at LBV spa resorts twice previously. Close to Disney but you would need a car or Uber.Walmart close by but not walkable.
Factory outlets next door.

Disney certainly not walkable and I wouldn’t walk to Walmart. The main road is very wide (6 lanes ?) and very busy, I would never try to cross it.

Are the shuttles to Disney and Universal okay?

Shuttles are ok.
3 morning pickup times & 2 return times. Unfortunately the last return time is very tight if staying for fireworks but Uber return is not expensive.

Have stayed there twice
Used shuttles to parks which were fine but always got a taxi back
Disney shuttle goes to ticket and transport centre (Magic Kingdom) so you then have to get Disney transport to other parks
Even walked to Walmart a couple of times again got a taxi back with shopping

There's a Publix and some other shops/eating places on the same side of the road. Its about half a mile away so about 10mins walk. You can also get a publix delivery.

You can walk to both wal mart and publix in about 10-15 mins from lbv although there is pavement for about half of the road.The cars do slow down if they see pedestrians and there were lots of people walking when we were there in September.There is also a petrol station across the road,cross on the crossing where they have snacks and essentials etc.We would walk there and get lyft or Uber back with our shopping.Also an Aldi quite close.Disney springs is a bit far to walk tbh but in the shopping complex next door they do a free shuttle to the Wyndham hotel across the road from Disney springs so we used that!

Why would anyone walk down the 535? Way too busy. Car drivers look at you like you're stupid... Also walking in 90F + heat you wont want to do!

Good location - close to Disney etc but not walkable to anything really. Like the rest of central Florida.

Decent enough small factory outlet place...

Stayed many times, however I wouldn't say it is the best placed accommodation for walking to specific locations. It is located off a busy highway.
We have always had a car and never used the transport.
The resort itself is fantastic and I would recommend.
