i always get at least two large tubs for the freezer (one tub is enough for 2 when coupled with rice/breads/etc)
and if i'm doing a *lot* of meat, i usually take a tub of partially cooked meat in (thick) sauce as a base for another curry... then you just need to bulk it out with beans/veg/more sauce and you have another couple of tubs for the freezer. i must have 20 tubs of various curries (and stews) in various stages in my freezer right now on a related curry/batch cooking note, the curry guy's base sauce is a perfect starter for a *lot* of indian style curries greatcurryrecipes/2018/1...ie-base-sauce/ and heres a quick version of it if you have access to a food dehydrator: greatcurryrecipes/2019/1...se-base-sauce/ |

Well I can’t stand braised, casserole or slow-cooker meat. But I could try a goat curry if it would be ok cooked quickly.
