Mobile Heathrow Lounge

We are flying from terminal 3 at Heathrow in May
Can anyone recommend a family friendly lounge please ?

No 1 lounge all the way , don’t book the Aspire lounge it is dire !

We always use the No 1 Lounge but pre-book otherwise they say they are full ( even though there never seems to be many people in there )

We took our boys into the No.1 lounge there a few years back... they couldn’t do enough for us... the lady even went & bought the boys magazines before we left for being so well behaved. From memory there was a table football too.
