Hi I have booked a car for November it says total price then $118 payable locally is this a extra charge for dropping of at different location or is it included in price ps dropping of in Atlanta .

Are you dropping off in a different State? If so, hire companies charge for one-way drop off (with a few exceptions mainly on the West Coast). ISTR they use a banding system of miles from original pick up, for example 0 - 199 miles charge is $x, from 200 to 499 miles charge is $y etc.

It'll be the one way rental fee thats paid for locally (inc taxes).
