Mobile Ticket dilemma can anyone advise please?

Orlando attractions have emailed to say my combo tickets need paid in full by 10th June.
I phoned them and stated im not happy to pay all that money and if my flight in August is cancelled I’m stuck with 4K worth of tickets.
They said they would refund me if flight cancelled minus £10 pp, which is fair enough.
1) does this sound right? If flight cancelled will I get refund for tickets?
2) If I buy them do I need to link them to MDE immediately to access the park allocation system? And if so does this not invalidate them for a refund as I will have scratched the ticket for the code?

Any advice would be grateful.

My dealings with them have been good and it’s not their fault you have to pay now. I’m not paying the balance on out tickets as it’s just too far out.

I think I’d want them to point me towards terms and conditions or a public statement on the website that tickets are refundable if you can’t fly. I’d take a screenshot and I’d also pay by Credit card. Not that I have trust issues or anything! If they can put it in writing and you can rely on your CC as back up then I’d probably go ahead in your position and pay. If it’s only £10 pp at risk that’s the price of insurance/a refundable fully flexible ticket with other providers.

Two ways to look at this. They've broken the t+cs by forcing you to pay now which wasnt the original deal.

BUT its been forced on them by disney. I'd say they should be offering to refund for me though...

I agree with this, and have stated this to OTD in an email this morning.

Update
Spoke to OA.com today. Cancelled Disney tickets and kept universal and seaworld. Customer service was top notch.
Disney off the itinerary this year. That’s if flight goes.

I have kept universal and seaworld tickets which are more than what I have paid up to now. So technically I have cancelled the Disney tickets without charge.
I would double check the refund policy. I’m sure they mentioned to me that if I kept the Disney tickets on and ended up not going it would only be £10 pp they kept and the rest would be refunded.

My flight is booked with BA. Totally separate from Orlando attractions. Whether my flight is cancelled or not has nothing to do with Orlando attractions.
