Klook - complaints info?

Does anyone know how to get hold of the complaints team at Klook? We have been exchanging emails with their customer service team for a few weeks now and are getting no where.

We bought Disney Ultimate Tickets for our October trip. Wanting to amend the tickets to 2021 so we can travel in November 2021 instead and pay increase.

They are saying this isn't possible. I would understand that sentiment in normal circumstances but yet, all other tickets providers here on the Dibb are offering this very thing on all their websites.

Klook is on here somewhere. Maybe you can pm them ?
They refunded our Universal tickets within a day or two but two weeks later our Seaworld tickets are still showing as �Confirmed�
Don�t know what�s going on with them when they were both cancelled at the same time and are from the same provider ( HotelBeds )
