My Disney Experience Help
Hey Dibbers
Just purchased our tickets for Oct 2021. Two families purchased separately - planning to do a lot together in the parks but also have some time apart. My question is do we sign up all together to one MDE When we get our tickets? We can’t really remember how it works - my hubby has an account/app already but only ever used for us as a family. Also we all have adult tickets this time - does this make any difference? should we all have a separate accounts? Any help much appreciated. Thanks |

Its better to have separate account in all honesty if you are likely to go as separate groups. Its just easier for trying to login and change/book things but that said you can all be linked anyway. We have 5 adults and we have 3 accounts between us but I tend to do the main booking for all 5 of us and then my sister and my Mum go in and adjust when they decide to change plans etc that way we have a starting point. It does make it easier them being able to login and change things themselves so I would say definitely if you are two families its worth separating out into 2 accounts but having all never really hurts as long as you have everything linked properly. Tickets need to be linked to correct accounts etc to make sure that you know who's is whose.

We are an adult party of two, I have never seen any need for us to have an account each. We have one account which is in DH’s name and I am on as friends and family, never had any issues.
If I were travelling with another family thought I would at least have one account per family. You can still link up and somebody can do the bookings for all, but having a family account each gives you all the flexibility to organise things for your own family unit. |

Thanks for the replies - that really helps -we will likely plan for two accounts that are linked then !
