Adding Disney tickets to a BA flydrive. when do you get ticket info for MDE.

We are currently looking at adding 14 day tickets to a Sep/Oct BA flydrive (no hotel as using DVC) and was wondering if anyone knows when you get the ticket info to add to MDE so we can book park days etc. We will be just putting down a deposit and paying the balance at a later date.

Is it when you first book or when you have paid the balance?
If it's when we pay the balance we will probably just buy the tickets outright from Disney.

Got the answer from BA... They actually buy the tickets when you book and send you the codes straight away, well a couple of days later, so you can add them to your MDE account.

I can confirm as I've done it, no money paid (it's added to my balance that I'll pay in May) you get a code within a few days. You enter that at yourparkcode which gives you your MDE codes which you can link to your account

I've done it and have all my park days reserved for the 4 of us

Hi,

I have booked a flight and hotel package with BA, can I possibly add tickets on via Website? Or does have to be done by the call centre?

Thanks

Dan

You should use the call centre. If you ignore the message about urgent calls only, you get through to the holidays people quite quickly.

Do you lose the money for the tickets if you can’t travel and have added them to MDE?

If the FCO say you cannot go or BA cancel your holiday then you should get your money back but if YOU decided not to go and the flight is operating them you do lose your money. This is what the guy told me on the phone when I booked.

The tickets are supplied by a company in the US, Hotelbeds USA Inc, so not surprised if true.
