I have just done and cancelled a dummy booking for 18th August and it was fine. MDE is glitchy, be prepared to try a couple of devices / browsers at 11am.

Obviously, she should be able to book at 180 days, and anyone should be able to book 18th August right now as it’s within 180 days, but as many of us have found, it’s very glitchy at the moment, and I had the same problem for the same date.

I was checking last night to see if I could make a new ADR for 18th August, 180 days out and after 11am, so anyone should have been able to do this. I couldn’t. It greyed out the 18th and said it wasn’t possible to search for my times. I tried again through the app and it worked. It had done that a lot for my trip dates 180+ but it’s the first time I’ve seen it for a date within 180 days. I hope it gets sorted out soon.

Minniesmiff, as others have said, your dates are definitely correct, and your booking window should open up at 11am. If it doesn’t, try different browsers, try the app, try the website, keep logging back in (mine said I was logged in, but kept losing my trip dates.) Logging back in generally brought them back online, but only for one restaurant search at a time. So long as you start with hard-to-get reservations / any you need at a specific time, then you’ll be able to relax and take your time to do the rest.

At worst, you can ring. We called two days ago, and it said there was a 30 minutes + wait time, but we were through and booked within 15 minutes. (I know that’s not everyone’s experience at the moment, but you will eventually get through.)

Edit: ignore all that! I can see that Minniesmiff has clarified the issue while I was typing. I thought some Dibbers seemed to have misunderstood the problem, so I’ve just ended up repeating pretty much what Minniesmiff has also re-explained!
