I can’t help with this one. I’ve just amended our booking to a flydrive. We had a free dining plan booked with Disney and have decided to use that instead.

We are booked at the Dolphin via Virgin Holidays. They have advised (after speaking to their Florida specialist) that Disney only pass the hotel confirmation number to them at 63 days out. Then they will email us. I don’t think I will wait for them to contact me, I will be on the phone to them on day 63. The reason we booked this hotel was the 60+ fast pass perk.

Had a similar issue with BA not providing a confirmation number, we contacted the Swan direct & they supplied the number which we have now managed to link to MDE with a little help from Disney

there was a post about swan and dolphin a couple of days ago. i had a real issue getting the 60 days fastpass when i booked through virgin. They said they consider it a 30 day hotel because of the deal they have with the free resort fee and free parking so they won't give you the numbers you need to link to MDE until 30 days.

the way round it is to book the hotel with virgin but book your park tickets direct with disney. then when you connect you tickets and your hotel together on MDE it opens the fast passes at 60 days.
