Mousekeeping Gift Card

Just starting my online check in for our stay at POR in August and I can no longer see the option to have a gift card instead of Mousekeeping, does anyone know if this option is still available? We are only there for 5 nights so not to worried about no mousekeeping.

When I checked in to Riverside on the 9th of Feb they gave me the option to exchange mousekeeping for a gift card.

I don’t know about online as I don’t do online check in, I was asked about it when I was at the desk checking in to Caribbean Beach Resort. I actually declined but when I got to the room I thought why not it is only four days, so I rung reception and five minutes later the gift card was in my email inbox.

You still have to go to reception when you arrive even if you check in online as you need to get your magic bands so you can ask to opt out then.

Is it a rate per day that they offer? I think I will stick with it but have two other rooms who might make a different choice

If you’re able to switch to the US version of the site it shows there.

Yes it is calculated per day, there are 3 of us in our room and it will just be a base so am happy that we can keep it tidy ourselves over 5 days

It is $10 per night fir the length of stay minus one. So I got $30 back on my four night stay as obviously it needs cleaning at the end.
