We have family who are staying offsite but are coming to visit us at POFQ, will they be able to use the bus to the park that day?

Thanks

Anyone can use Disney transport, don’t have to be staying on site.

Just to add to what others have said.

You don't need to be a guest at a WDW hotel, have parks tickets nor have any dining reservations to use the free WDW transport. Buses, boats, monorail and, I guess although we haven't yet, the skyliner.

We've never stayed in a WDW hotel and haven't visited a park since 2010 but every holiday we park up at Disney Springs (sometimes twice) and do a tour of the resorts.

Last December we caught the bus to Wilderness Lodge (one down) then the boat to the MK gate (two down) then the hotels on the monorail route (three down).

On a separate day we bussed to Boardwalk then on a Friendship boat to the HS gates. We got off the boat and sat awhile and watched the activity to and from the Skyliner but it looked a bit busy so we passed and caught the next boat back. Maybe next time when the novelty may have worn off a bit.
