I used the chat option this morning on MDE, it's been escalated however she did say if I was picking the standard coloured bands she could order them.

Hi All,

is anyone else having issuing when trying to upgrade their magic band? i have been trying for the last couple of weeks and i just keep getting a we dont want to wreck your fun

Yes it’s been an issue since the change from Disney.com to co.uk, I raised a support ticket but haven’t heard anything yet luckily we still have a while, I did use a vpn to check US version yesterday which works however is only showing 14 options

DS downloaded a free VPN for me, thank goodness for children! Anyway I still can't get onto MDE, can I asked what location you set your browser to (US?), and did you try and login to .co.uk or .com? Thanks

I set to US East and then googled WaltDisneyworld.com to ensure it didn’t default to .co.uk site from my history

I tried, it finds the site on Google, but I just get a blank screen from then on? Really want to see the bands on offer, very frustrating!
