My sister in law put all her bridesmaids in shoes similiar to that, and put pretty ribbons in the laces. the bridesmaids were very young and it made for happy feet.

I wore heels for the ceremony but had some sandals for later on, how about having those as a shoe to change into when your feet hurt? although to be honest, if you have a long gown noone can see your feet anyway so wear what makes you happy

I wore heels all day and then changed into a sparkling new pair of white & pink Adidas Stan Smiths in the evening so I could boogie all night long!

Go for it! It's your wedding.

I had a terrible digital camera in 2001, but here's my DD showing off her bridesmaid shoes.

I really don't like them. They look like training shoes. My opinion means nothing though as it is your day and you must wear what you are most comfortable in.

Wear what you are comfortable with and like, as others have said its your day.
DDs getting married in sept and she has a beautiful dress and to go with it a £2 pair of white ballerina pumps from primark, she saw the same thing in Schuu for £20.

I love that idea and like others have said it's YOUR day so do what you feel comfortable in.

I ended up taking my shoes off by the end of the evening and going barefoot!
