I did a similar deal via expedia last year. You get a voucher which you have to q up for to convert into 'proper' tickets at guest services which are to the right of the entrance to universal studios. Was a bit of a pain but for the saving I would do it again no problems. Cashback was paid pretty quick - 2 months after purchase.

Not sure about ebookers but Expedia paid out after purchase. We bought in April, got cashback in June then went to Orlando in october.
