Check out day - things to do around Tampa

On our last day we check out around 10am at Siesta Key Village and we have approx 7 hours to do something (including driving) before we have to return the car at Tampa Airport.

Any recommendations on things we could do or see?

Our DD and her family enjoyed their Segway tour, which took in the university, to try and distinguish which one. I think the tour took about 2 hours.

The Henry B Plant museum is fascinating, there's the Aquarium and Riverwalk. Also you could go to nearby Ybor City and eat at the original Columbia restaurant. The most beautiful building with lots of interesting rooms and great food.
