Universal ticket voucher... can i redeem at Loews?

I have my paperwork printed off from Virgin and it says to hand in the bit of paper to redeem tickets.

We are staying at Loews Royal Pacific, does anyone know if we can redeem there, or do we have to go to the gate?

Yes at the universal desk in the foyer we did it ok in sept

Thank you. Was yours virgin paper work? it literally says our names and that we've booked 4 tickets and a a4 piece of paper.

We did this last year. Ours were also with Virgin. So straightforward to exchange
