Your countdown is very similar to mine!
I'm also struggling to know what clothes to pack! I've been keeping an eye on the Japan Met Agency website looking at the 7-day forecast for Tokyo: jma.go.jp/en/week/319.html It's currently still in the low 20's but dropping to high teens by next week.
