ATOL refund updates

So there are threads for people who have had their CC refunds, DD refunds etc. I thought I’d start this so people can report when they have their ATOL claim paid.
Obviously they’re saying up to 60 days but I’m sure not everyone will wait that long.

Following. I was due to fly the day they went bust and have had nothing refunded yet

I had an email from CAA on Monday asking for further information. They wanted a copy of my cc statement showing the deposit paid, a copy of the receipt for one of the payments we made and a copy of our travel itinerary. Unfortunately we don’t have a receipt for one of the payments as I have misplaced it so not sure if this will hold things up even though they can clearly see on my bank statement the payment going out to our Travel Agent. Need them to get their fingers out as I have rebooked for next year and want to get it paid off

Not heard anything yet. We booked in January and were due to depart 19 October, so I was hoping they might do it in departure order.

We were due to depart 13th October so if they are doing date order you should hear something shortly

Definitely not doing it in departure date order as I was due to fly out the day they went bust and have had nothing yet

I'm pretty sure they are doing it by order of who claimed first I put my claim in the day they open it but wasn't till afternoon

I think you're right. I claimed the day thet opened but my reference is number 100,000 and something lol
