Just watching it now ... I’m very opened minded about it all
It looks interesting to see differing opinions within the group.

Especially young obese children and exercise perspectives.

Should obesity be classed as a disease?

Big contrast between the civil servant and the extroverted type (Victoria) in the dance class.

Oh dear ... brainwashed by society ?

Tbh I think the civil servant has a very realistic grasp on how she sees her own body (and others) I sense conflict arising...

Really interesting ... this isn’t just about obesity
... it’s interaction and perspective

Wow - binge eating - amounts - self loathing - cycle - very sad

Eye opening

Surgery - wow

I never knew of half of this subject matter

Very very interesting back stories and how they cope

Body positivity is a political event?

Riots not Diets ?

Victoria 👎🏻

Genetics - interesting Victoria doesn’t want to know results - is she in denial? Or just blinkered ?

Sarah talks a lot of sense.👍🏻

Very informative- glad I watched it.

I started it all in favour of body positivity but they weren't accepting of their bodies, just in completely denial.
Very interesting comment about Labradors too!

I missed that comment. What was it?

I thought the Obesity UK lady, the civil servant and the chap who had surgery were very credible and honest... some of the others raised concerns about their approach to it all, IMO

I need to look at that bit again because it raised the issue of genetics and obesity. Plus we know all about the eating power of Labradors so interested in that bit.

Strangely the only person rude about the more obese people on there was the body positivity woman.

I agree, she just put her head down when others were speaking too. I thought it was unfair when she quoted (incorrectly) what the civil servant had said to her.

That Victoria woman drove me mental. Babs had it right when she said she obviously had issues she hadn't confronted.

It was the smug look on her face whenever anyone else expressed an opinion she didn't agree with that wound me up. Essentially I wanted to throw things at the TV!

Victoria was beyond rude she cut off not only Colin the gentleman who lost a limb to diabetes and the MP who they j invited to talk.
She is a typical bully , running straight to Courtney and saying Babs had said she found her “disgusting “ which is not what Babs said.
Awful woman , mean girl behaviour.
I thought Babs was true to herself and it was clear she was an introvert and her weight was an issue and she knew why but couldn’t stop herself, I am exactly like her.
