Avis/BA flydrive been charged who to call?
Hi
Thought I would ask here before phoning and being passed around. Booked a BA / flydrive with Avis, returned home yesterday and been charged $434 on my CC, checked my print out and it said zero to pay. Didn’t have any additional add ons. Who to call / email first? Avis or BA or Avis Prefered as a member. Thanks

Download you receipt from avis/en/reservation/get-e-receipt as this will give you an idea as to what the extra charge is for.

I can now see on the printout I was given package charges as $989 which seems expensive then at bottom prepayments as $555 so the difference is the $434

Are you entering the confirmation number with GB near the end?
The print out you have, does it say non pkg items with an amount next to it? |

Thankfully the nonpkg items is showing correctly and the vehicle that was booked, was the one you had. It looks to be an issue with BA not covering the charge correctly on the prepaid voucher. Certainly an issue for them to resolve as opposed to Avis.

Been in touch with BA, eventually got put through to the right section. Now need to wait upto 2 weeks for Avis to be back in touch with BA🙄
