Pennies make pounds

Yes i would , when we stayed recently there was always a bus and it took minutes to the hotel. Based on the fact the hotel road is less busy Uber would arrive quicker. So I save $4 and get to my location quicker.
The way i can afford to goto orlando in the first place is to save the pennies where I can , like parking 1/2 mile from the shops to get free parking in the city or using a discount code or site to save on what i buy.
when i goto a park i take snacks and carry them to save money, but some people say they can not be bothered. It down to personal choice.

I way up the saving and the penalty. In this case the amount of time is minimal and actually could ultimately be quicker.

If money is not really an issue then don't use Uber at all and get a car or a even a private limo.

Adds a minimum of 30 minutes at peak time just queuing for the bus

I dont spend thousands on my holiday but an extra $4 is 30% extra every time I leave the park.

Lyft aren't applying it though but their app is not easy to message

We've always done that since way before Uber/Lyft came on the scene.

It has been in effect for at least a week. DW and I were going to a concert on Oct 25th at Hard Rock Live and because it was a HHN event the full $25 parking charge applies, even after 6pm, we decided to eat nearby and just Uber. The surcharge only applies to the pick up, not the drop off.

That's cos they aren't adding extra as they are sucking up the charges

Edited as Lyft are being generous

It'll no doubt come to Lyft sooner or later, especially if people switch to Lyft to avoid the charge
