Its stupid,has the email definetley gone out for the ski dates coz i have two email adresses signed up for the eurostar newsletter & not one of them received any info about the ski dates,i dont trust there emails so am just going to phone up everyday i think,getting really quite annoyed with it now thou you d think someone would know something :angry:

I've not received the ski newsletter either, I was told it had gone out last Friday and the ski seats were being released tomorrow.

I am sick of waiting too! I hate the fact that they seem to have no clue as to release dates... surely that's part of their job? I am looking for 5-8 th January 2014... also I received no ski email thing..im defo signed up for their letters, and ive just checked my junk mail and its not in there... im stressing as we on holiday for a week weds and im worried about missing the release...

The website is absolutely useless on my tablet, if they get released in the middle of the night I'd have to come downstairs to the study and turn the computer on
