Well, if Hasbro decided to expand the line to include an Action Woman as well then, yes, I could see them coming up with a new ‘brand name’ for the line - maybe “Action Heroes” or “Action Troops” or something.

Of course, he would still be called Action Man. Just like Mr Potato Head is still called Mr Potato Head (as shown on the box). It would just be the toy brand that would change name.
