I'd take Tampa , worst scenario you take a day to do Busch Gardens before heading for Orlando if weather is still iffy.

Encouraging for those aiming to leave MCO as soon as it reopens.
They will be positioning at ATL due to the space they have and so they can hop down to MCO the second its open to bring the PAX's home asap so they can be back to UK to operate the next flight..

Dont forget, the AC could be full of cargo too to make VS some cash

The problem is the b====y thing has stalled and is just sat. I think it’s going to be an hour by hour thing with the airports and airlines.

Really hope it starts moving north east further off the coast for the Bahamas sake and that everyone gets sorted with flights.

Following up on this, VS15P (G-VLIP) has just taken off from Gatwick. Destination not yet clear, but I'm guessing either Atlanta or another large airport within a couple of hours of Orlando.

EDIT: Update - as mentioned below, it's still preparing to take off.

Edited at 01:13 PM.

Maybe getting ready as an extra flight to fly people home when MCO is deemed ok.
A VS15P positioning flight also looks to be taking off soon. It's on the ground at Gatwick right now. Doesn't have it's destination set yet.

It has now taken off, heading west.
No specified destination on FlightRadar yet, but it is exactly following the same course of VS27P

From what I can see it has left 13.13 and it is on route to MCO with no arrival time.
