Budget Avis Lawsuit Heather Venerus

I received a Notice of Pendency of Class of Action Lawsuit this morning in the post and wondered if anyone else on here has had one?

It states that there is a lawsuit pending stating that Avis Budget car rental failed to take out insurance on car rental that was paid for by overseas visitors to Florida.

The time period is from June 2008 to Jan 2016.

The notice asks if I wish to be excluded from the case or not.

I did a search and found a thread on here from 2016 but I am still unsure what (if anything) I need to do now.

Has anyone else had one of these and can anyone help / advise?

Hi, Yes we have had one too. Don't think we do anything now, just and wait see the outcome. May get a few dollars back,never know lol.
