Hi, has anyone contacted Virgin Special Assistance recently? Their website states they are not taking phone calls but gives an e-mail address.
I have sent two e-mails (both acknowledged) but no reply.

My last e-mail exchange with them was just before Christmas, when they were very helpful but we are not due to travel till September.

I have finally got a reply.
I had to ring and was given the option of continuing on WhatsApp.
Following a short conversation I received an email regarding my enquiry.
