Looks lovely louise. The same builder and very similar house are being built and sold for £520k in the town I live (south east) so £300k a good price.

Today had to start ten days of isolation and have been sat in the sun in my north facing garden ( though admittedly at the bottom of my garden ) most of the day and it’s been lovely if not a little boring !

Prices in the South are scandalous.

That house is less than 75square metres and the rebuild cost for insurance should be less than £200k.

A lot of older terraced and semi detached houses will be over 80square metres.

It's at least 104 sq metres by my calculations, not sure where you got 75 from?

I'm in Yorkshire and think it's a good price. Here my neighbours 4 bed detach has just sold for £525k and it's not a nice new build.

If you like the house go for it.
