Any plumbers on the forum?

I want to install an outside tap for a hosepipe. I’d get a professional to do the job, but wanted to know if what i’m considering is even possible first.

The wall behind the kitchen sink / mains supply is not a suitable location for the tap, so I need to find somewhere else.

We have a hot water cylinder in the kitchen. Is it feasible to connect the tap to the cold water supply here?

The image shows the cylinder. The wall on the left is where the tap could go.
