Winter Garden

Can anybody sell Winter Garden to me please?

I know about the farmers market on Saturdays but unfortunately it looks like our visit will be a non-weekend trip.

Still worth going for a look-see? And look at what ?

Cheers.

Doing an airboat ride at Tom and Jerry's and on for an early evening meal at Yellow Dog Eats. Fancy a side trip to Winter Garden and Lake Apopka for a couple of hours.

The only reason I have been there was to visit the large outdoor mall (Winter Garden Village) to buy a few things for my villa - it is a bit like The Loop. The realtor I used to purchase my place told me he lived in Winter Garden. It is an example of suburbia, away from the touristy area. If you want to find what there is to do, I suggest googling it.

We went up to that area last year to go to a Nature preserve and a popcorn shop. We drove nearby so I could go to a Michael's as well I really enjoyed it but is was quite a small quaint town with various shopping areas around it. I would go back again though. (I was glad of my phone and google maps for the journey)

Thanks all. Will have a ponder.
Not quite sure what else to do with our time (around 3 hours) in that neck of the woods. Dont want to head back to the 192.

If you are looking for a REAL flea market try Webster's Westside, they are open on a Monday.

Thank you. This looks like a good option too. Slightly further to drive but lots of interesting things to see.

Thank you - that looks right up my street

Not so sure about the kids but I could spend hours in there. Would need to buy at least one more suitcase to bring it all back

temptation ...
