MDE - is this weird?

So I booked my June/July 18 break through Charter and the booking reference was not showing in MDE after about a week so my impatience got the better of me and I called Disney to see if they could link it.

The guys was great, and very fast (which I found unusual given everyone else's frustration at not even being able to get through) and linked the reservation.

So far so good.

The hotel reservation is showing up on my desktop web browser but when I log into the exact same account on the MDE app there is nothing? I've tried using the reference number on the app and it just says linked with another account.

Is this normal? Strikes me as a bit weird so wondered if anyone else had these issues?


Also - how long until my tix and DDP show up on MDE? No real hurry as it's still over a year away but it's nice to see everything linked

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it this sometimes works.

yeah - tried that, still get the same message though?

at the minute MDE says "Looks like you haven't made any plans yet. Once you do, your FastPass+ selections, dining reservations and more will appear here."

Is this something I might be best ringing them about?

Exactly the same for me ,my booking is showing if i go through the website but it's not recognised on Mde I'm making a payment Friday on this year's trip so see if they can link the other booking to Mde for me.

This has been happening since last year . It takes a while for them both to show . The app is very glitchy. I think it was around 250 days when the app finally worked and showed the booking .
