booking seats with Virgin

We are flying club members travelling on Monday with Virgin. I believe we can book seats for free 72 hours before our flight. Do I need to ring the flying club or is there an option online - have never been able to find it in the past.

Any guidance would be great thanks

you need to ring the flying Club but it has to be exactly or after the 72hrs otherwise they won't do it.

You are meant to be able to do it online (72 hrs or less before flight) but when we tried last month the flying club seat booking hadn't gone live. a quick call and our seats were booked. We didnt actually end up sitting in those seats though as we were upgraded to PE at the gate

We're not booking any seats this time and saving the money and the stress.

There's three of us wife, Daughter 15 and Me. If we get split up so be it.

We too are on the 747 crate out of Manchester.

As flying club members we can book seats for free 72 hours before departure. The question was how to do it!

There is only us two so we want to sit together and be able to get the seats we like.

We are flying out from Gatwick and if honest don't mind the 747s Virgin use. And don't find it stressful at all.
