I booked a couple of weeks ago at £510 indirect from Glasgow via JFK on the 22nd. It would have been cheaper if we had been able to book earlier but I wanted to wait until DD2 was born in Feb.

Price will depend on when your areas half term is. Ours don't break up until 27th which is quite late. We booked end of January and go on October 29th. We have a virgin flydrive LGW to MCO. We are flexible and would have preferred August and will have to travel down to Gatwick and stay over but we only paid £961 for 4 adults. Keep looking and every now and then a bargain will come up. I have to keep pinching myself that I got these flights !

What would people think of £2130 for 3 adults 1 child and 1 infant. Leaving end of September and comi back 3 week later in mid October? Last two years Virgin always been cheapest at Easter but this year they were £500-600 more expensive than last two years.

Seems reasonable to me - it's in my window of what I'm willing to pay - around £500 if direct, but I don't know if infants are free? I'm basing it on that - coming in around £530 each?for 4 paying passengers? Might be even a bit less per person if you do have to pay for infants?
