I did email them on Thursday to ask this question but haven't had a response.

But its good to know they are the real tickets. The last thing I want to do when we arrive is queue up to get our tickets :-)

Thanks again :-)
Hi y'all - for some reason it didn't come through as a PM so just saw it today. I have sent you a note - we offer REAL tickets unless you specifically request e tickets which are actually easier to deal with if the dog eats them!

I have always used ATD in the past, but for 2018 due to the price difference, I have paid a deposit with Orlando Attractions. Tony in the Ascot office has been, Amazing and so Helpful. I was asking a thousand and one questions, before I parted with my deposit. There was no pressure to pay a deposit and was always prompt and willing to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend them.

Bit peeved off, have used OA before but this time they sent me vouchers instead of tickets and before you ask I did not request vouchers.
Sent an email off to Tony but in all honesty I've no interest in vouchers, just not worth the price difference with queuing etc.
Very disappointed given they have real tickets plastered everywhere on their website and also in my order email.

Hi y'all - it's probably just a simple mistake OR alternately there are certain attractions that just don't offer real tickets - for example SeaWorld offer printable paper e - tickets that you present at the gate for admission (No lining up to exchange them) They just aren't plastic and credit card sized like Disney - we wish!

There's definitely a cultural divide here - all UK guests want real tickets and all our American customers want e tickets!

Anyway I don't know what you ordered but I am sure Tony will get back to you promptly.

THanks for response Mrs O, I've had those e-tickets before where you just go on it and they are in effect your tickets, these ones state voucher and that I must queue at desk to exchange for tickets at venue
I had a bad experience a few years back where we got stuck in a massive queue for a good 45minutes and then were met with the employee having a bad day that wanted full passports for us all and wasn't budging etc., nightmare that we just don't need when on holiday

Does anyone know if Orlando attractions take American Express please? I can't seem to find the info out on their site?
Seems the Florida escapes and Orlando attractions don't seem too . Being able to use my Amex will swing it for me who I book with
