Any recommendations?

This year I go in december and we are limiting the parks we do.
We are doing
Epcot
Hollywood studios
MVMCP
Universal studios
Islands of adventure.

That's up to press anyway we might throw animal Kingdom and sea world in.. aquatica if it's hot enough. What other things should I do? Things that we would definitely not want to miss. We wanted to do a baseball game but that's out of season. Maybe a day to clear water? If it's a nice day? Any recommendations will dom for myself DH and 3XDD.

We've been to Clearwater a couple of times, there's a lovely beach and you can do a boat trip on the Clearwater Screamer and hopefully see some Dolphins.
There's also an aquarium there and I think there are some things you can book at the aquarium but not too sure.
Have you thought about Kennedy Space Centre we've never been but some friends who've just come back said they really enjoyed it

That sounds brilliant. Would love to see the dolphins. Kennedy space centre I hadn't actually thought of. Do you happen to know if there is anything for the kids there. If so that is a great option thanks

What state park would you recommend and what do they have their? Where exactly is celebration as we were considering doing this one night when the Christmas lights are out etc it looks awfully magical

Does anyone know if cirque du solely perform at this time of year? Just been on their website and I can't tell if it's to far in advance or they don't perform x
