Just to let you know there is a way to find out your average Uber rating- you can't see the individual trip though.
Mine is 4.88 - I have never tipped extra, so assume I have been down rated by someone somewhere.

If a driver goes under 4 stars average they risk being blocked from the app, if you rate 2 or lower expect a call or email from uber asking what was wrong as they do take negative feedback very seriously.

You can use Uber Family - they have child seats

Hi, very good walk through of how to use uber, we've never done this.

We will be staying in a villa, within a gated community. Would this affect pickup?

Also is there a surcharge if we take a pram?

And maybe a silly question, but on überestimate, is that a total price or per person?

They pick up everywhere, we stayed on site at Disney and security let them in to pick us up, I'm sure you won't have a problem. The estimate is for the trip total , not per person. Sorry can't help with the pram.
We used Uber last month during our Orlando holiday, it was brilliant, we met some really interesting drivers, never waited more than a few minutes for a car and saved a bundle compared to hiring a car

Looking at their website it appears yes but I'd be happier if someone with experience could answer and confirm this as I'd like to know too especially as Virgin have let me down regarding transfers.
