Polite Pig does good cocktails on the QS. Tried a few at Disney (orange one at Flame Tree, one at Fairfax Fare, one at Sunshine Seasons) but they were very watered down.
Alcoholic shakes at D Lux Burger are very nice |

I love all the craft beers you can pick up
 I remember getting a pass out from the family at the Boardwalk / Epcot and then attempting to play Water Volleyball in the Beach Club pool with the kids later that day It wasn't pretty
