Split says & ADRs

Hi folks,

Just thought that I would share my for Member Services. We have a cash stay on DDP before moving to HR, ADR window opened yesterday but would only allow me to book those first 7 days, tried phoning & got nowhere, then sent a strongly worded e-mail & left it at that. Received a reply today basically saying that if I call dining they should be able to sort it, got initial fob off but I stated that I had an e-mail saying that it could be done, well they got back to me eventually to say they couldn't but MS probably could. Called MS & again got standard response, so I went through the whole spiel again, including that I never had a problem last year, CM went away, spoke to someone & Hey presto it can be done

We had issues this year, we have a split stay just on points SSR then beach club. We could only book ADR's for the first 9 nights then had to wait 180 days prior to the start of second location before we could book the rest. We did get everything we wanted however I am envisioning the same issue with fast passes.

We had a split stay last year BCV/BLT. No issues with FP+, but could only book first 8 days ADR. I called MS who sorted the remaining days without any problems 😁
