Worried about AKL Room Refurb

Besides, the room refurbs due to be finished by end of May and you have a while after that before you go.
You should be relieved you weren’t caught up in the pool closure disaster last year 😱...(or sorry, maybe you were?!) we were informed a month or so be travel that the pool at Jambo would be shut for refurb for several months! That’s a deluxe resort, all paid for and with no main amenity! It was a horrible time spent dealing with that whole thing but in the end we still had a magical trip 😀...I’ve no doubt you will too!

Where did you read that all is done by end of may?

On all Pages it says Fall 2019 or 2020

I'm sure I've seen it elsewhere too tbh...I might also call Disney to confirm. I've read elsewhere that from early December 2019 through early Spring 2020, the Value Studios will be unavailable in Jambo House but not entirely sure what will be affected in between May and December tbh. Possibly they'll hold refurbs over the peak season, anyway, especially with Galaxies Edge making things extremely busy...think they'll need the rooms

However, I've found that Disney tend to err on the side of caution nowadays after previous disasters and over estimate on time schedules so that if they go over then they're covered. They certainly did with the AKL pool refurb and Galaxies Edge
