Here’s my draft itinerary in preparation for ADR day any suggestions welcome 

We are Mum and 2 older teens, we are not good at rest days and like early starts and to be busy

Oct 23 Arrive 2.50pm Chill at resort

Oct 24 Epcot EMH (leave by 10.00)
Move to MK for BOG lunch (leave late afternoon for rest)
D Springs Blaze pizza

Oct 25 MK EMH
Crystal Palace 10.40am
Collect car 3pm
Mini Golf
Dinner offsite

Oct 26 EMH AK
Leave late morning - IHOP
Shopping

Oct 27 H Studios (morning)
Shopping / Cheesecake factory
Early night

Oct 28 EMH AK
Check in AKL (1 night) explore resort
ROL

Oct 29 Late morning
Typhoon Lagoon
Explore Boardwalk
Epcot – Dinner 9 Dragons stay for EMH

Oct 30 Free Morning

Ohana late breakfast (11am)
MK until Parade
Hotel time

Nov 1 Shopping
Return car 3pm
Evening MSSHP

That looks a pretty good itinerary!

Rather too much shopping for my personal taste, but I see you have two teenage girls... so shopping is clearly essential

Thanks, yes shopping is a pretty high priority for them, they both have A4 sheets of items to be purchased!
