I read elsewhere that if you pre-book you get the $200 gift card for a moderate, as well as an extra $100 with ATD. Can anyone confirm? And, can that be done online, or does it have to be over the phone?
I also read someone else comment, in another thread, that ATD wouldn't let them use the Dibb discount code in conjunction with this additional gift card offer. Here is what I am trying to weigh up - wait and book with Disney direct. Get moderate. Get free dining. Get free $200 gift card. Get 3% cashback with topcashback. Can NOT use the extra $100 giftcard with Disney for pre-registering AND get cashback. Cashback is more valuable for us, than the extra $100. Total cost (after cashback) - £3,754.87 and get $200 gift card. You can get cashback for ATD with topcashback of 1.26%. Same holiday, same dates, after dibb discount and cashback - £3,760.02 and get $200 gift card. Obviously, if I can pre-register and get the QSDP as well as the additional $100 gift card, then it is worth going through ATD rather than through Disney. But if I can't, then Disney works out better (although marginally). |

I got 200 dollar for moderate and extra 100 for pre booking. Confirmed in email. I had to book over the phone though. Wasn’t fussed about cashback as my booking was only for myself and daughter.

Stayed at Pop Century (value) and really liked it.
Stayed at Coronado Springs (moderate) and liked it more. Room was nicer, pools were better, resort was much nicer, bus service a lot better. Value are good but with the better free dining offer, I would always go with the moderate. If free dining wasn't an option then it would depend on the price difference. |
