Mobile Sky mobile

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone knows as I’ve searched google and the sky site and I just can’t find an answer to the following ...

I’m a sky mobile customer and have three phones with them on the Sky swap scheme for my sons and I. I have an offer of £4.50 per month for each SIM card which expires shortly and then it jumps to £15.00 per month per contract so quite a leap (it’s only for 1GB of data and unlimited calls/text).

Under normal circumstances I’d just ring sky to see what offer they could do - I’ve been a sky customer for many year and normally have no problem doing this, but obviously I won’t ring them now to enquire as they have more important things to deal with, so I was just wondering if I’m able to just cancel my sims and get cheaper sim only deals elsewhere, or because I am under the sky swap scheme for the phones, if I’m stuck with the sky sims?

Any advice would be gratefully received. 👍

Hiya x thank you for that - it does give me the option to cancel but it tells me to ring for a pac code if I want to keep my number and I do need my number as I use it for work & particularly now I need people to be able to contact me, so I guess I’m a bit stuck!

An increase of £30 a month is quite a lot right now 😢
