An awful lot of grass.

As the title says , it’s getting that way!
I have a man who cuts my grass, has done for years now. He’s not really a gardener because he only cuts the grass and chops trees down!
Its not his day job and I’m guessing not an essential service so...
I need a lawnmower 😳 I’ve not used one for years, I’d like a cordless one, not too pricey as hopefully grass cutting man will be back in the post virus future.
Any recommendations?
Will anyone deliver?

I'm sure they are still allowed to work.
Theres a lot of confusion about working. It's not just essential workers that are allowed to work. You can go to work if you cannot do your work from home which obviously gardeners cant!

You got a bargain - ranging from £179 - over £200.
Looks good though.

Yes I see what you mean. He does a lot of gardens over about 3 days. Obviously we pay him but I think that’s on the qt he had a day job as an engineer but took early retirement last year.
Oddly, I’ve never had any way of contacting him, he just turns up in March and disappears around October!

Yes it was a daily deal on Amazon last year, I didn’t know what to expect but it is really good. We have quite a large lawn and it copes really well, with an excellent finish

I saw one on QVC today - think it was on easy pay. You can use it for 60 days and send it back if you don’t get on with it. (TV shopping- the joy of self isolation)

Thanks, for all suggestions, sorry not to update earlier.
I saw the one on QVC, I did buy the same brand on line, it was a higher spec and came with a strimmer. Price was reasonable and reviews were good.
It was delivered quickly but alas without the charger and battery. I thought I’d made a mistake and they weren’t included but no, they just hadn’t been sent.
Apparently all because of Coronavirus!
I called on Friday and they assured me they will speak to the manufacturer first thing Monday but could not give me a delivery date🤬
So, I still have an awful lot of grass!
