How soon did your Landry card arrive?
Presumably you get an actual card?
I signed up about 2 weeks ago and no sign... I can log into my account and am getting emails but no email to say I’d actually signed up if that makes sense. How long does it take?

Ordered mine about 9 months ago... I don’t know if they even send them anymore. I just use the app and it works fine.

You just need the app on your phone, I lost my card and requested a new one about 6 months ago... still waiting but have used the app without any problems

Ah ok. Didn’t realise there was an app... looks a bit hit and miss as to whether you get a card!

Just downloaded the app and there is an Ecard in the ‘loyalty card’ section with membership number etc so I think that it is rather than a physical card. Thanks all!

when using a card on the app, they may request ID, which could be akward if you happened to mistype your month of birth :p :p :p
Cards do arrive, but Landry has the bad habit of not printing the country on the "enveloppe", meaning that if you live in Birmingham UK for example, your card is probably somewhere in a Birmingham ALABAMA post office... the trick is to add the contry in the city field City : Birmingham - United Kingdom Country : United Kingdom that's just an example but if you didn't receive the card, the app will be good enough PS : hope you noted that birthdays rewards can no longer be redeemed on first visit in combination with the signup $25 credit |

Mine took a few weeks to arrive, but I've never actually shown it.
