Fridge Freezer

DD's fridge freezer broke on Friday and she was luckily able to get one sorted out before the prices shot up and people panic bought.

However, she ordered silver and they've unpacked it and it's black. Delivery men didn't unbox it. Does she tell the company? She needs the fridge freezer today.

For me personally if I needed it badly I would take a photo and email the company but let them know she needed it asap and use it

The chances of prices going up and others not being available might be worth considering

I would have plugged it in. Let it settle and then used it.
After 24+ hours I would contact the supplier and advise them and tell them when the replacement would be delivered, not them tell me.

These things happen but the customer is always right.

DD has it plugged in and it's now got what little food she managed to buy today in it. She's going to contact them. She actually likes the black one irl.
