Mobile Fireworks cruise - boat sizes!

Hi all!

I’m hoping someone here can help. I’m looking to book a fireworks cruise for my mums 60th birthday celebration 🎉

We have 7 of us so could book the smaller 21 foot boat, but we’re are shall we say a larger built family 😂😂 most of us are plus size and I’m wondering if the 21 foot will feel cramped. Has anyone been on one? Hoping someone can provide some insight!

Thanks so much in advance.

We’ve done it twice, once with 8 passenger and once with 9, had the same size boat both times and never been cramped.

We had 4 adults and 6 kids (2 teenagers) on an 8 passenger and were fine. There was 4 different places where you could sit all of which would easily accommodate 2 people comfortably.

That sounds promising! Probably should say we are all adults and fairly large ones at that which is the concern!

They're pretty much flat, from the gangway straight onto the boat. No need to clamber in or out! There's loads of YouTube videos showing the boats and people just walking onto them.

I really don't think space will be an issue for 7 large people on the smaller of the two boats. This is America so I don't think it will be an issue. We had the smaller of the boats in October 2018. There were only 5 of us with two being young children but there was loads of space. I will try and put a couple of pictures below to see if its of help.

The captain is sat in the middle of the boat with more seating to the rear so I really can't see you having any problems at all.

Like the boats at Disney Springs? I can cope with them.

Can you take your own drink (perhaps a bottle of champagne) on the cruise?
