Asda click and collect
I've been trying to book a collection for a few days but they are always sold out. Does anyone know what time of the day the slots become available. Its showing upto April 10th so I guess that the 11th will become available tomorrow but want to know what time is best to try for a slot?

We've been trying for 3 days now to get a slot at either Ocado, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsburys... complete fail nothing available. DH looked every 30 mins from 5.30am this morning.
I just don't think its going to happen!

The supermarkets are all working on freeing up delivery slots. They’ve been recruiting additional drivers who then have to be trained. As more product comes into stores they can also release more slots as item availability improves. They are all in the same situation

Most Supermarkets are trying to prioritise the vunerable who are “shielding”, the disabled and the elderly.
They are asking if you are fit and well and able to, shop in store to free up Slots. This is taken from Asda’s statement ”We’re working really hard to make as many online shopping slots available as we possibly can to help people stay at home. However, if you are able to shop safely in one of our stores to enable us to help those highly vulnerable people who are being asked to stay at home, we’d be hugely Grateful ” corporate.asda/20200309/...virus-outbreak |

I understand that but I’m trying to get delivery for my parents and in laws both are on the list to to self isolate for 12 weeks due to medical issues but they are not very computer savvy (and most shops have stopped taking new registrants so we have been using our registrations for their delivery). Happy to shop for them but they don’t want to be a bother, the in-laws live about 1.5 hours away and we are both still working. But we will make sure they don’t go without. Just means several visits to the supermarket per week for me.
