Online ordering and UK mobile numbers

Hi! Can anyone tell me how you get around the problem of inputting a UK mobile number on Walmarts online grocery site - or any online ordering service like Instacart. When you enter credit card details, it wants a telephone number but won’t accept the UK format! How do folks get around this? Any help appreciated as wanting to set up a click and collect at various stores for our arrival …

It's +44 (or just 44 as the country code) then your number without the starting 0. Hope that helps.

Just to say Walmart can be a right pain to get CC payments to go through sometimes

Thanks, Anji, but the field doesn’t allow that many numbers! And thanks for the heads up on Walmart … anyone know about Publix? Or Instacart?

Publix via instacart is ok but I’ve found Kroger easier but they are delivery only

Delivery is okay by me, I like Kroger. Do they require a mobile telephone number or would the villa landline number be okay? Thanks Gryff.

I used the villa landline last month
Delivery was on time no substitute items and cheaper than Walmart and Publix as there always discount codes , free delivery codes etc especially if you sign up
