The Advertising Standards Agency said...
One complainant had claimed their three-year-old relative, after seeing the ad, ate their food while hanging upside down. "We therefore considered that eating whilst upside down was an unsafe practice and one which could be dangerous for children to emulate," the ASA said. "We therefore concluded that a scheduling restriction was not sufficient to reduce the risk of harm and that the ad breached the Code."

They didn’t ban it because they were upside down, they banned it because they were eating while upside which obviously is dangerous.
I don’t agree with the ban but sadly I would not be surprised if some kids copied considering there was a whole thing about children on social media eating Tide pods …. 🙄 |

Nothing to do with hanging upside down, it's the eating if anything whilst doing so that is dangerous!
