Vistana resort

Hi. We’re booked for the vistana resort villas in April and just asking for any recommendations on which areas people think are the nicest to stay as I’m about to request our preferences. Am I correct in thinking ‘ cascades’ is the newest area? Also anywhere I need to avoid? Hopefully not. Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks

We own in Spas - will be there hopefully in 4 weeks. We are directly across from the superpool/zimmies and not far from the general store and cascades pool. When we first went they were still building Cascades.
The older blocks are bigger and each area has it's own upgrade/refurbishment schedule so you may find an older section has been refreshed more recently.
I would try ro avoid the areas that back onto the I4 and the 535, they will be noisy in the second bedrooms. Saying that when there is Karaoke in Zimmies it gets pretty noisy as well. We once exchanged into Fountains for 2 weeks and got a top floor 2 bed with skylights in the roof - it was lovely and light. Enjoy.

We have been 3 times and have stayed in Fountains each time. The rooms are massive! Be sure to request the top floor as they have a sky light as mentioned above.

One thing to highlight is that the community shop is quite far away from Fountains.
